Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FGR data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FGR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and ESCA are the cancer types where FGR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
