FGR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and RASAL3. Each is linked with FGR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGR-to-partner and partner-to-FGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGR versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
