FGR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, AQP9, and PLAUR. Each is linked with FGR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGR-to-partner and partner-to-FGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGR versus CSF3R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
