FGR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,191 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A12, STX11, and UNC13D. Each is linked with FGR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGR-to-partner and partner-to-FGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGR versus S100A12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
