FGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,880 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL680P, TGIF2LY, and MTND5P24. Each is linked with FGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGR-to-partner and partner-to-FGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL680P grouped by FGR-low versus FGR-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
