FGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGC, H2BW2, and MYL7. Each is linked with FGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGR-to-partner and partner-to-FGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGC grouped by FGR-low versus FGR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
