FGL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, UGGT2, and RELB. Each is linked with FGL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGL2-to-partner and partner-to-FGL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A1 grouped by FGL2-low versus FGL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
