FGL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,871 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTUS1, MTUS1_S1245, and MTUS1_S1268. Each is linked with FGL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGL1-to-partner and partner-to-FGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGL1 versus MTUS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
