FGL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR147A, RN7SL567P, and MIR2276. Each is linked with FGL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGL1-to-partner and partner-to-FGL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR147A grouped by FGL1-low versus FGL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
