FGGY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGGY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGGY-associated genes across cancer lineages are XKR4, SLC22A6, and AGTR2. Each is linked with FGGY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGGY-to-partner and partner-to-FGGY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XKR4 grouped by FGGY-low versus FGGY-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGGY→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGGY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
