FGG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP65, GCAT, and HINT1. Each is linked with FGG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGG-to-partner and partner-to-FGG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP65 grouped by FGG-low versus FGG-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
