FGG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF27, P2RY13, and CD300H. Each is linked with FGG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGG-to-partner and partner-to-FGG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF27 grouped by FGG-low versus FGG-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
