FGFRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGFRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRG3, CCDC197, and TMEM235. Each is linked with FGFRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRRG3 grouped by FGFRL1-low versus FGFRL1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
