Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGFR3P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGFR3P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FGFR3P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGFR3P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.

COAD, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where FGFR3P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
