FGFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, OIP5, and RAD51. Each is linked with FGFR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR2-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 grouped by FGFR2-low versus FGFR2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
