Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGFR1OP2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGFR1OP2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher FGFR1OP2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGFR1OP2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

SKCM, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where FGFR1OP2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
