Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGFR1OP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FGFR1OP2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher FGFR1OP2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGFR1OP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and HNSC are the cancer types where FGFR1OP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
