FGFR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,459 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDHD2, EFEMP2, and FERMT2. Each is linked with FGFR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR1 versus DDHD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
