FGFR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,898 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS20P22, PLA2G5, and MATN3. Each is linked with FGFR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGFR1 versus RPS20P22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
