FGFR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, TIGAR, and ASNS. Each is linked with FGFR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by FGFR1-low versus FGFR1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
