Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGFR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,219 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of phospholipase activity, Positive regulation of phospholipase activity, and Positive regulation of lipase activity. Each is linked with FGFR1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1 results are reported.
