Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 745 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD54, EIF3L, and CCDC134. Each is linked with FGFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGFR1-to-partner and partner-to-FGFR1 results are reported.
