Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF7P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,672 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF7P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ventral spinal cord development, Forebrain generation of neurons, and Central nervous system neuron differentiation. Each is linked with FGF7P5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF7P5-to-partner and partner-to-FGF7P5 results are reported.
