Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P35, RNU1-114P, and MIR3938. Each is linked with FGF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF3-to-partner and partner-to-FGF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
