Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1 and TMEM239. Each is linked with FGF23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF23-to-partner and partner-to-FGF23 results are reported.
