FGF22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTSC, HSPA12B_S434, and ARHGAP35. Each is linked with FGF22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF22-to-partner and partner-to-FGF22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF22 versus CTSC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF22→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
