FGF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,360 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKT3, EFEMP1, and SARM1. Each is linked with FGF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF2-to-partner and partner-to-FGF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF2 versus AKT3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
