Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,392 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, SGCA, and RBMS3. Each is linked with FGF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF2-to-partner and partner-to-FGF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGF2 versus ASPA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
