FGF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P34, RNU6-597P, and C7orf66. Each is linked with FGF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF19-to-partner and partner-to-FGF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P34 grouped by FGF19-low versus FGF19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
