FGF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP416, and RAC1P1. Each is linked with FGF17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF17-to-partner and partner-to-FGF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by FGF17-low versus FGF17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
