FGF17

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ASNS, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with FGF17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF17-to-partner and partner-to-FGF17 results are reported.
