Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and FASN. Each is linked with FGF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF14-to-partner and partner-to-FGF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by FGF14-low versus FGF14-high in UCEC.
