FGF14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, OR52E5, and OR1L6. Each is linked with FGF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF14-to-partner and partner-to-FGF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST8 grouped by FGF14-low versus FGF14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
