Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGF14-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FGF14-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher FGF14-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGF14-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, DLBC, and KIRP are the cancer types where FGF14-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
