FGF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUCLA2P2, PIGW, and TMEM138. Each is linked with FGF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF12-to-partner and partner-to-FGF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUCLA2P2 grouped by FGF12-low versus FGF12-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
