FGF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with FGF12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF12-to-partner and partner-to-FGF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by FGF12-low versus FGF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
