Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,851 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FGF12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway, Regulation of neuronal action potential, and Calcium ion transport. Each is linked with FGF12 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF12-to-partner and partner-to-FGF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway grouped by FGF12-low versus FGF12-high in STOMACH.
