FGF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGF10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Annexin-1, and TFRC. Each is linked with FGF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGF10-to-partner and partner-to-FGF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by FGF10-low versus FGF10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
