FGD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,276 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of retinoic acid receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with FGD6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD6-to-partner and partner-to-FGD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by FGD6-low versus FGD6-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
