FGD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, YAP_pS127, and MSH6. Each is linked with FGD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD3-to-partner and partner-to-FGD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by FGD3-low versus FGD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
