FGD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, BTK, and BIN2. Each is linked with FGD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD2-to-partner and partner-to-FGD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FGD2 versus TLR8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
