FGD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-817P, TAF9, and RNU6-342P. Each is linked with FGD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD2-to-partner and partner-to-FGD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-817P grouped by FGD2-low versus FGD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
