Across TCGA cell cohorts, FGD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,611 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Serotonin secretion, Serotonin production involved in inflammatory response, and Serotonin secretion involved in inflammatory response. Each is linked with FGD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD2-to-partner and partner-to-FGD2 results are reported.
