FGD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, MSH2, and C-Raf. Each is linked with FGD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGD1-to-partner and partner-to-FGD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by FGD1-low versus FGD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FGD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FGD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
