Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FGB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FGB data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher FGB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FGB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, ESCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where FGB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
