Across TCGA patient cohorts, FGB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with FGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FGB-to-partner and partner-to-FGB results are reported.
