FFAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FFAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FFAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN1P20, RN7SKP132, and RNU6-522P. Each is linked with FFAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FFAR2-to-partner and partner-to-FFAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN1P20 grouped by FFAR2-low versus FFAR2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FFAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FFAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
