FFAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FFAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FFAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP250, CDY10P, and RNU1-80P. Each is linked with FFAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FFAR1-to-partner and partner-to-FFAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP250 grouped by FFAR1-low versus FFAR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FFAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FFAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
