FEZF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEZF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CADPS, TXNDC12, and UBA1_S46. Each is linked with FEZF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZF2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FEZF2 versus CADPS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
