FEZF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FEZF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,463 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FEZF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, PPIL2, and YPEL1. Each is linked with FEZF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FEZF2-to-partner and partner-to-FEZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FEZF2 versus SPECC1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FEZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FEZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
